Demand for hiveware can increase quickly heading into the new season. Indent ordering helps commercial beekeepers plan ahead, secure production space, and make sure key gear is on the way before it is urgently needed.
Free branding offer
For a limited time, Beequip is offering free branding on eligible bulk indent orders of imported boxes and wooden frames.
Orders must be placed by 22 May 2026.
Deposits must be visible in our bank account by 25 May 2026. Minimum order quantities apply.

We have a large commercial wax dipping machine for protecting timber with hot microcrystalline wax. This is superior to paraffin treatments.

How indent orders work
Forecast your gear
Work out what you are likely to need for the coming season, including boxes, frames, mats, bases, lids, and any branded items.
Order by 22 May
Send us your indent enquiry before the cutoff date so we can confirm availability, timing, minimum order requirements, and branding details.
Pay deposit by 25 May
Your required deposit must show in Beequip’s bank account by 25 May 2026 for the order to be confirmed for this indent round.
Indent order terms and conditions
Please read the key terms below before placing an indent order enquiry. These are intended to keep the process clear and practical.
Order cutoff date
Orders for this indent offer must be placed by 22 May 2026. Orders received after this date may not be included in the next available order run.
Deposit payment deadline
Required deposits must show in Beequip’s bank account by 25 May 2026. Orders are not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
Preorder stock
Most indent stock is preorder only and is subject to production schedules, shipping availability, customs clearance, and transit times.
Late orders
Stock ordered after the cutoff date may not be ordered straight away and may be held for a later shipment or production window.
Branding eligibility
Free branding applies to eligible bulk indent orders only. Minimum order quantities apply, and branding only applies on pallet-lot quantities of our imported wooden frames and boxes.
Branding details
Customers must supply the correct branding details, such as apiary registration or required text. Beequip will confirm suitability before production where needed.
Shipping estimates
Freight and shipping prices quoted are estimates and may change due to supplier, carrier, fuel, port, or exchange-rate movements. We will do our best to keep final freight costs the same or as close as possible to the original quote.
Deposits
A 50% deposit is required for orders with branding. A 20% deposit is required for orders without branding. Larger orders may require progress payments during the order period.
Changes and cancellations
Once production, branding, or supplier ordering has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Custom-branded goods cannot usually be cancelled once confirmed.
Final balance
The remaining balance, including any confirmed freight adjustments, must be paid before goods are collected or dispatched.
Important timing reminder
To be included in this indent round, please place your order by 22 May 2026 and make sure your deposit has cleared in Beequip’s bank account by 25 May 2026. Indent orders are not the same as buying stock already sitting on the shelf, so the earlier we receive your details, the better we can plan production, branding, shipping, and delivery.
