Terms and Conditions – Beequip Indent Promo (April 2025)

  • Free Freight Eligibility
    Free shipping applies only to the nearest freight depot. If no depot is nearby, delivery may be made to a commercial urban address at Beequip’s discretion.
  • Promotion Period
    • Orders must be confirmed by 5 May 2025 by email.
    • A deposit of 10% of the total order value must be paid by 7 May 2025 as final confirmation to qualify for this promotion.
  • Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)
    To qualify for free freight, orders must include at least one of the following product MOQs:
    • Russian Pine Assembled Frames – MOQ 1 pallet (640 units)
      • Includes all variants (wired, foundation fitted, no foundation)
    • Russian Pine Boxes (Flatpack) – MOQ 1 pallet (140 units)
      • Includes all variants (untreated, dipped)
    • Commercial Floors (Flatpack) – MOQ 1 pallet (200 units)
      • Includes all variants (untreated, dipped)
    • Wooden-rimmed Queen Excluders, Bee Escape Boards, and Hive Mats – MOQ 250 units of the individual product
    • Puracell Foundation – MOQ 1000 sheets
    • Galvanised Lids – MOQ 1 pallet (300 units)
  • Mix & Match Flexibility
    Only one MOQ needs to be met to qualify for free freight. Additional items that don’t meet MOQ can still be included, provided the entire order is shipped together.
  • Delivery Timing
    Indent orders will be delivered in July or August 2025, depending on stock arrival and shipping schedules.
