This excluder incorporates an innovative entrance 120mm wide with a landing board and allows the field bees direct access to the honey supers. They can gather more nectar if they don't have to go through the excluder and brood nest to exit the hive. The excluder mesh is a semi-square profile which makes it easier for the bees to get a grip and pull themselves through as compared to round mesh excluders.

The excluder comes fitted with a sliding door. If required, it can used to block the entry when the beehive is shifted.

A pair of Entry Guards are supplied with every floor. (No extra cost) There are two types available and need to be specified when the floors are ordered. There is a reversible type and the standard type. These are locked in place by the Super. The top piece clicks down to prevent bee movement while shifting. They keep mice out and help the bees to control wasp entry. They can be switched to prevent bees escaping while shifting a hive and can be removed during the honey flow to allow maximum entry size.

This latch kit has a short lever and is designed to suit the floors but is also suitable to use with all the boxes.

Comes as a pair with 12 screws.

Solid sturdy cover that fits on the Technosetbee hive, or any other standard hive as a roof. The twin-skinned roof is fitted with insulation between the layers to provide extra protection for the brood nest against extreme cold or hot temperatures.

The roof incorporates 2 vents at each end to allow moist air to exit and stop any condensation.

The 4 recesses on the top are to locate a Technosetbee Floor and stop it slipping off when shifting beehives from one location to another.

Also available with the optional Feeder Valve fitted. More than one valve can be fitted if required. This makes it very easy to refill the top feeders without lifting the cover.
